Incredible boss, team and opportunity.

Occasionally had issues with technology and had to purchase starlink.

CoxHealth is a very Fulfilling job when the floor is staffed and nurses and NAs help one another.

When the Floor is not staffed, which has been about 80% of the time for the last 6 months, it is extremely unsafe for patients and staff. Night shift also takes a big toll on health.
