Business outlook
Pros
Free internet that doesn't work properly. The pay is decent, but not worth the slave ship of mandatory overtime. They go on about points to get free gifts and being able to win free trips, but it's all smoke in mirrors.
Cons
Work life balance. They give you PTO but you can never get it scheduled. Managers practically come find you if you step off to get a drink or use the restroom. Management runs through the department screaming about "power hours" and celebrating while you're on calls. The customers can hear it, it's awkward and annoying.
