      Good company to work for; benefits (beyond just medical) are competitive. not many companies of its size in rhode island, so competitively ranked against most other employers

      many long-time employees who are resistant to change. some have been there a long time and get promoted despite their lack of ability to keep pace

      Compensates generously, prioritizes employees and DEI, crazy good benefits, opportunity for growth. You're recognized for your contributions.

      Cons

      Not immune to downsizing/sales. There are people there that should have been put on PIP plans, but sometimes there is a reluctance to do that.

      Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

      Cons

      Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
