Pros

Free coffee , Free TV , Nice Green Lawn at buildings

Cons

Management ! Way too top heavy and cannot support their subordinates technically only bully them and make them work LONG LONG hours( salary of course ) when you even live in an another state and travel 212 miles to your desk . They have no human consideration except for them selves and go home @ 3 pm and just bark on the cell or email from their recliner .

Hi, thank you for sharing a review! We're glad to know that you enjoy the flexibility, work-life balance and employee benefits that a career at Cox offers, and that you would recommend Cox as an employer. Cox's footprint and cross-industry impact do frequently necessitate agility with change, but we strive to offer a workplace experience that has the stability of a large company with the friendly community and innovation culture of a startup. And while our impact continues to grow, our values and mission remain the same: across our family of businesses, we're building a better future. We hope you feel that to be the case.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
