Pros
You will be working on cutting edge equipment on a daily basis. There is room for advancement, and the vacation benefits (Around five weeks your first year) are fantastic. Upper managment in my department is amazing and responive, and they genuinely care about your well being.
Cons
Like any other corporation the inner office politics can be a bit excessive. Also there appears to be a negative attitude with a lot of employees that has simply been accepted as status-quo by leadership. Also there is too much work thrown on an insufficient amount of staff resulting in stress and overtime.
