Would not recommend - Account Service Representative Cox Communications Employee Review

Cox Communications is the worst company I have ever worked for. Management is horrible, they treat representatives like peasants, it's horrible! Turn over rate is HUGE they fire a massive amount of people every year for no reason at all. The company says they "care" about their customers but they don't, it's very clear. They act like they care about their employees which they don't. I would not recommend working here at all, the pay is very low. Definitely not worth the headache.
