Pros

Overall good vibe which makes it easy to work. Supervisors are generally nice and to the point. Compensation is good and attainable. Time off and benefits are among the best. Free services from them.

Cons

Senior management is overpaid and it is the definition of nepotism itself. This makes for a lot of bad decisions and a lot of condescension towards non-exempt employees. Marketing is very deceitful and it promotes useless calls; all they care about is number of calls since that is their matrix with corporate. They meet their number of calls and they get their funding for next years budget. They pretend to be culturally diverse but their senior management is comprised of mostly white people with the same kind of profile.

Pros

I had a great experience and benefitted from great leadership, progressive growth opportunities, and exceptional colleagues. The company cares about its employees, and offers exceptional benefits.

Cons

The recent news of the merger (ok, let's be honest...acquisition) by Charter has many people worried about the future and preparing for the worst. There will undoubtedly be cultural changes and I know many people will be frustrated by the new norm.

Pros

Learned alot with 20+ years with the company, fun place to work, meet great people, Awesome pay.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to save themselves, will not stick up for employees, supervisor yelling at team meetings, slamming things around and acting childish. Best micromanager out there.
