      Pros

      Good company to work for. Good life work balance, benefits and working environment.

      Cons

      Layoffs. Mutliple mergers are requiring major layoffs killing moral because of the way it is being handled. Depending on the group you are with leadership is poor. I spoke to my (remote) boss for about an hour evey 2 weeks. No guidence or direction. Politics play a big role

      No real concept of a promotion. All mobility is done through application and interviewing.

      Great team culture, very friendly and engaging but not overwhelming.

      Cons

      Leadership does not understand how to weave AI into processes and products yet. So resource and skill management of team members take the backseat to fulfilling the engineering budget of having so many engineers on payroll.
