      Management is incompetent: They push for practices that are proven to be less effective and problematic, and they care more about using AI than actually getting things done. Get ready to get fired if you disagree.

      Great team culture, very friendly and engaging but not overwhelming.

      Cons

      Leadership does not understand how to weave AI into processes and products yet. So resource and skill management of team members take the backseat to fulfilling the engineering budget of having so many engineers on payroll.
