      Insufficient resources. No in-house fulltime social workers or investigators as mandated by state supreme court. Very hard work without the ability to do a good job.

      Health Department leadership is demoralizing - employee opinion does not count, and potential and goals are not considered. Be a good little robot and you will be fine. Use your brain and heart for other endeavors.
