Toxic environment, low pay, no benefits, selling with rn shouting for hours every day

Maybe the slightly flexible hours.

The team leaders were not particularly organized nor professional, as they often ended up screaming at their subordinates at the slightest issue, even if it was something out of anyone's control. The pay was terribly low for the amount of effort required and they didn't have the decency to notify someone when their contract wouldn't be renovated.
