flexibility in regards to working remotely based on what's going on in the plant. (Note: this is manager specific, so this will depend on the nature of your role and your manager)
Cons
Although roles and responsibilities are supposedly defined through our new "Role Clarity" initiative; there are still some gaps, and I find myself doing all kinds of tasks outside of my core responsibilities. Not that I'm complaining because the work is not bad; I just get annoyed when my manager asks me for updates on my core duties; and it appears that I'm not on top of things, primarily because I'm busy working on other things that's not really associated with my role.
