      Pros

      They pay in advance and on time, the leaders are very kind and approachable, the job is easy, they have a good relationship with their employees. I like their Management by values imbued with a lot of hardwork and dedication. they are very professional

      Cons

      The job offer is very low. Their commission structure is not competitive to local call centers. The incentive and internet allowance is fine/fair. There is no solid leadership representation for Philippine Team

      Pros

      Extremely flexible, honest and transparent management, open culture, 12 days PTO right out the gate, good base salary, the COO and CEO will respond to messages.

      Cons

      Personal Lines is still getting going. Working frustrating internet leads, not making making a lot of commission at this point in time.
