Fintech is exciting, they’re building the airplane as it’s flying, and it’s exciting to be part of something new.
Cons
I did not have a good experience at CoveredCare. I found the senior leadership to be highly emotional, explosive at-times, and under a lot of pressure to perform. This negativity and high stress could be felt by many people and did not lend itself to a healthy working environment. If you crave stability and calm-minded professionals this is not the place for you. On one than more occasion I overheard the CTO making fun of vendors for their appearance and dress.
