Pros
The colleagues in my department are really approachable and helpful. Lovely to work with. The hybrid work arrangement also allows more work-life balance. There's also good opportunities for personal development and the university emphases on that.
Cons
Benefits at international hubs is really quite pitiful compared to other MNCs I've worked with in the Education field. It's also uncertain regarding career prospects for promotion at hubs, though plentiful at main campus.
