      Cons

      Constant restructures, with very limited and unclear communication of changes. Unable to implement any changes within teams, as organisation is full of old-timers who file a complaint over minor disagreements. Line manager's do not have the capability to support their team with regards to learning and development. Learning and development is close to non-existent for business support staff. HR Advisors do not seem to support with this element, both are considerably rude and obtain poor customer service skills. A typical public sector organisation....

      Teaching staff were amazing and the students made the job so worth it!

      ALS will treat you like a child, not trusting you to do your job correctly and essentially criticise everything you do.

      Been good luck here for sure!!...❣️Coventry College has been a really good experience for me— I am grateful for being part of the team thank you to Shirley hambridge she has and the entire team (Heidi) good chat )have been very kind and helpful Lisa receptionist and helpful HR Reena good friends. Being a ex member of staff at cov college 2022, has really upskilled in it's ways to achieving success. Here I received the best ever support in enhancing my CIPD. Working at Coventry college. Coventry college is the best go on people students adults keep learning here and you will get much support and help with the expanded wellbeing department and services they provide for us public sector is amazing . Rise and shine Coventry college we all love it here 🫰🩷✨🥳. Kind regards Sam
