There is a genuine care and concern for people in addition to a focused on being a leading Well Flow Management Company. The employee assistance initiatives go beyond what is normal, and #CovenantFamily is more than a hashtag. They are also deeply devoted to generosity in the communities they have offices in.
Cons
Covenant is a rapidly growing company, and our infrastructure is catching up to our headcount and job count. We are needing more people to keep up with the growth of our company, but we are hiring great people every day.
