Pros

My co-workers (pretty much the only reason I stayed for as long as I did), Training Stipend, Better starting pay for new graduates, Opportunity for growth

Cons

Long hours without support, 2-3 person job on your shoulders with no compensation, Only seem to care about money, ZERO communication, No offboarding, Earning Time Off as Commission is impossible, No paid holidays for Commission (we should "make enough money" for holidays - mgmt), Low Paying, Will be written up for low production numbers, Do not seem to care about Diversity/Inclusion

Pros

There are some really wonderful colleagues here. The MIS is easy to use and day to day it's a friendly place to work. Reasonable hourly expectations and good enough benefits.

Cons

Leadership makes erratic decisions that negatively effect client care. Primary motivation appears to be financial recovery. Some very petty policies related to employees who leave (reimburse the company for training in past six months; employee must agree to remain with the agency for two years after licensure or repay the "cost of supervision" for licensure. Since the supervisee is working a full caseload, supervision "costs" the practice nothing, and this is purely punitive.
