I previously worked for this company and would not recommend it for employment or services. During my time there, I personally observed efforts to influence public perception, including incentives offered for positive reviews. Specifically, there were drawings for high-ticket items such as iPads, which in my opinion makes the company’s ratings difficult to trust. I also noticed what appeared to be non-organic social media activity, including Facebook followers that did not seem legitimate or authentic.
More importantly, I left with serious concerns about leadership ethics, transparency, and financial priorities. From my experience, ownership often appeared self-serving, and employees could be dismissed quickly when it benefited the organization. Overall, the culture did not align with the level of integrity and accountability I would expect in a service-based setting.
