Pros
I was lucky to have worked with such a wonderful manager, supervisor, and team. I stayed there as long as I did because of the compassionate, hard-working, and fun team and culture we had. The employees are passionate about the work that they do with their clients and do great work to improve the mental and emotional wellness of the Hillsborough county community.
Cons
The ethics in the upper management and administration is...not the best to say the least. The pay is also very poor considering you're doing the same work as a licensed counselor, and then some. However, from what I hear it is improving.
