Pay on time, but management shows no respect - Senior Team Lead Covalen Solutions Employee Review

Sadly Covalen has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. Upper management has no regard for the people behind the numbers. 1000 people have been laid off so far this year. Some of who were enticed from stable positions in other companies to help Covalen meet their delivery quota only to be laid off weeks after joining. Working there you don't feel respected. Only the bare legal minimum statutory redundancy was given. Which in most cases is nothing at all. Speaking to HR you may as well be speaking to a brick wall. Upper management has failed these people.
