Every person at this company is a pleasure to work with. Leadership is incredibly supportive and always looking for feedback. They have made a lot of efforts to help everyone feel connected during COVID-19. The culture here is one of teamwork and constant growth.

The work can be extremely fast-paced and it is not uncommon for people to have to work late to meet deadlines. A lot of the technology and processes are outdated.

Work from home or hybrid

Everybody at the office is related or goes to the same church. If you’re not apart of the family or go to their church, it feels like you’re excluded. My manager had a hard time communicating with me but would effectively communicate with his cousin which is also on our team. A lot of favoritism. Nobody is on the same page and communication is horrible. Most unprofessional place I ever worked at.
