NONE - my experience we excellent and I chose to leave for personal reasons

I had a fairly large budget which grew as the company grew the past 2 years and made a # of great contacts in the Contemporary Apparel Industry

I was working 45+ hours a week and was offered better pay working for a competitor. So I don't think my talent was full appreciated on the compensation side
