      You get to see all areas of the Bank over 20 months including straight into client facing roles; a flat structure so you get to work closely with senior managers; great working environment and culture

      Absolutely fabulous family feel. Everyone wants to help out everyone else. A real can do attitude, stemming from hundreds of years of doing the right thing for client service

      Limited office space means working with your team isn't always possible
