      - Brand (but this is being milked to death) - If you're an underachiever you can stay here forever

      - Run by sychopants - Self-serving managers that bully others - ExCo totally useless and havent seen any real turnover for years - Constant restructuring, moving teams from one megalomaniac to another - HR issues swept under the carpet - Antiquated technology - Rely on external investment consultants to help manage cowboy investment managers

      lacklustre leadership at all levels. mainly achieved through incompetence or unwillingness to work hard with clients. client is the last thing anyone thinks about when coming up with an idea to impress their boss ceo change every few years, bring in consultants, talent leaves, new buzz words and then off we go again
