Pros
It is an easy job to pick up. All aspects of working their are fairly simple, but everything must be done to perfection. The work environment is semi-peaceful, and you do not need to expend much physically.
Cons
There is much expected of you from the higher-up management. There are many regulations that can be difficult to follow and tedious steps that must be performed when carrying out actions, such as taking a customers order and having to tell them about every deal and sweepstake they can take advantage of.
