Pros

Competitive Salary, Discounts, Benefits, Good For Resume, Rarely Boring

Cons

They kept changing general managers which led to inconsistency. They are a corporate brand by franchised ownership which led to more inconsistency. There should have been more flexibility in schedule, but there was a lot of favoritism and understaffing. Also Josh Keller did not understand basic things about hospitality, which led to internal issues and he was incredibly rude to staff. He had no sense of cause and effect when it came to his decisions effecting the numbers. Also Kaiser was the only choice for medical insurance which is terrible.

Pros

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Cons

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
