Pros
- Hybrid working arrangement - Lean team, it’s quick to get things done. - Hours are manageable.
Cons
- Subpar benefits. I’m ok letting the health benefits slide considering the size of the company but 8 days leave? That’s almost unheard of these days. - Indecisive and lack of direction. I understand things change, especially with a new role, but constant reiterations of strategies in short time frames i.e. a month only sets your employees to fail. - Lack of trust from management. If you’re hiring someone with experience and for their expertise, you trust their expertise to do what’s best for the company—but that doesn’t happen here. At least in my short time in the company.
