Pros
It was a great company work environment and I liked the bonus structure. I felt the compensation was very fair and opportunity for growth was there as well. There were also many perks to working for the company and training classes were provided as well.
Cons
Did not like how unorganized the maintenance side was and when renovating a property no one seemed to be sure when the units would be ready which made it very difficult on the leasing end and ultimately interfered with our pay. The worst part was always looking like a liar to the new prospective tenants who were taking our word for when we said they could move in. We were all just going by what management and maintenance kept telling us.
