Pros
The pay is so good - $3 up. I get to choose my own time in answering questions. I can learn as well while researching. The best non-voice work ever!
Cons
I wanted to add more subjects but I can't. I chose the wrong subjects because I didn't see it in the options. The students can rate us as unhelpful even if we helped them. It is better for them not to rate us. It takes me an hour or more even up to 3 hours when I research an answer to a question and yet given an unhelpful rating even if you tried your best. The students are here because they want answers to their questions and yet they are allowed to rate us if they find our answers not to their liking.
