Great company - Digital Content Manager Courier Employee Review

I worked at Courier for over three years and saw them grow from a scrappy independent to being part of a large company after they were acquired. Honestly it was an amazing experience to work with such a talented crew. Inspiring founder who built the business from nothing, a CEO who was cool headed and calm but also caring. Really talented diverse and young team who had great taste and who all wanted to do the best work of their careers.

Not a place for average people. I saw several people come and go who just weren't right for the environment. If you're just wanting to do the 9 to 5 or you're just not that good Courier isn't a good place. They don't tolerate politics or laziness and there's nowhere to hide. Also its not a big organization so there's not a lot of opportunity for career advancement which is why I ended up leaving

I loved everything about working for Courier! The team have really great communication and are so open to new ideas and approaches. The new office is fab too. Would highly recommend as a great place to work.
