Pros
Strong focus on member experience and customer service. Good benefits and good work life balance. Supportive coworkers who genuinely care about the work and people. Supportive leadership team to the customer service staff. Fast paced. Customer service leadership listens when there are issues and do their best to fix them and make improvements.
Cons
Higher positions are often filled with outside hires and put in charge before they understand how the company or department works. Many of changes seem reactive instead of planned, which creates stress for staff. Some expectations are too high for the work load.
