I haven't experienced any cons to working at Coupa. For a sales role, you need to be a hunter and need to be able to make it happen working remotely.

Cons
Tight budgets as expected. Market average salary but good territories for GTM to make a lot of $. Stable as an employer with global growth. A few benefits still need to mature but also expected.

A lot of management changes, people being rewarded for things they don't deserve credit for, can seem like high school with gossip, promotion paths not very clear, management sometimes also plays favorites
