      Good benefits if senior management

      Cons

      Awful company culture. Bullying. High Staff turnover. Centralised accounts (abroad) and centralised tenancy documentation resulting in delays for branch staff being able to answer queries from customers.

      friendly employees, great culture, and flexible hours. Freedom to maintain a great work life balance

      Cons

      it is a commission based job. Some people are not cut out for ups and downs in their pay.
