      Fast progression and short hours on a Saturday

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, add a commission threshold and take a massive chunk of commission from you every month. There is no support and if you do progress, salary doesn’t change you just have more responsibility

      friendly employees, great culture, and flexible hours. Freedom to maintain a great work life balance

      Cons

      it is a commission based job. Some people are not cut out for ups and downs in their pay.
