      Always increasing pay, large bonuses, large profit sharing and 401k contribution

      Cons

      Shift work, rotating from days to nights, a lot of on call. Insurance is not the best.

      Starting pay os 32 then almost 42 within 2 years

      Cons

      Shift work and the on call is an issue if not fully staffed
