Pros
Great tips in peak times, plenty hours in BOH, always pays your earnings, helps people with no legal papers or cash in need. Owner’s daughter is awesome and very helpful and who mostly face of the restaurant as well as keep restaurant alive!
Cons
Owner horrible, two faced, too cheap and fraudulent. Not allowed to go on longer than 2 weeks vacation. Vacations are unpaid. No breaks given. No stuff meals given unless working double shift. List could go on and on....
