The company allowed for a lot of growth opportunities I started as a cook and in four years was an unit manager
Cons
The downside is that you put in a lot of hours and it wasn't just managerial responsibilities Managers are expected to cover wherever needed as needed Hence why management is paid a salary instead of hourly wage
