      Kids and teachers are nice

      Cons

      The director (H.B) at the NW military location needs to be fired. She says terrible things about the parents, children, and staff all the time and parents have witnessed this. Never takes accountability for anything, and the owner does not actually have any idea what is going on with any of her locations so it’s very easy for her to pretend that she is running a great location. There have been several reviews by parents and staff she tries to cover up that talk about how egregious a boss and professional she is. She is a horrible human being and it’s really sad to see she can so easily manipulate the boss and remain in a position of power

      Love my co-workers and all of the kids. The facility is amazing, and I enjoy coming to work every day.

      everyone was really nice, welcoming, and helpful! good schedule consistent hours paid training including CPR/AED/First Aid certification training

      Cons

      I had no prior childcare experience and I feel like the training did not adequately prepare me to be in a room with kids by myself. I was always overwhelmed. Shadowing was nice and I did enjoy it but it was only for 3 days, and you have 3 days of training outside of the classroom where you just do packets and watch videos. After the training period ended and I was thrown in a room of kids by myself I hated it. There is an extremely high turnover rate for a reason, unfortunately.
