Took a great local concept and ran it into the ground. Pay is horrid, turnover is non-stop because there is zero upward mobility, unless you are Caucasian male, or are related to or sleeping with someone in management. Rampant favoritism and nepotism. Citgo cards are expected to be collected and cashed for the store, as the company is well aware customers are often mistakenly leaving money on them because the gas pumps DO NOT work properly. Food service standards are comical. Pencil whipping sanitation and temperature checks is the norm at every store. Disgusting company.
