Absolutely hopeless management team Slow Monolithic processes despite being supposedly a “startup” In my time of working there they hired and fired 5 people simply because they don’t really know what they want or how to hire for it properly The majority of the team is absolutely miserable and when people quit, the management team seems shocked There is a major lack of trust, especially for the lower paid employees who are forced to work in office when the rest of the team is remote Strategy when I joined was non-existent, now it’s unclear and always changing They promise things during initial interviews that they won’t deliver on Overall, a really disappointing and frustrating experience which could have been much more positive if the actually listened to and understood the expertise of their very capable staff members
