Company picnic, Christmas party, stand around and talk for 30-45 minutes after punching in (nothing to do with work either)
Cons
No management to employee communication, No Teamwork, Management doesn't listen to employees concerns nor take them seriously, Employees can make mistake after mistake (most times same mistake a few times a day) and management says nothing to that employee, management shows favoritism, if you didn't work at a previous company like most employees did here (which we won't name) you are already an outsider, co-workers name call other co-workers and again management DOES nothing! Offers to pay if you refer someone for work there but doesn't pay out! (gets rid of you first before paying) No room for advancement!
