      Engaged executive team, highly focused on the key areas that will enable product readiness and availability to fullfill the extremely large addressable market

      Cons

      Needs to act more like a startup , and not a massive multi billion dollar company. Reduce complex and unnecessary multilayered business process’s , remove the deep inter department silos across the business and get to a customer first mentality ….

      Pros

      I started recently with the company. Overall, onboarding was smooth. I received lots of great communication and documentation. My laptop arrived early so I was able to be ready for my remote onboarding session. Everyone I spoke with was nice, professional, and genuinely seemed to like their jobs and the people with whom they work.

      Cons

      Remote onboarding is always tough for making people connections, but it was not bad. I did have some tech issues but they were addressed and resolved quickly.
