Pros

You are always being watched by the cameras and they call you anyhow in order to force you to make sales. They need you to make money. They do not pay you.

Cons

There is no. You are just at the heart of Paris if you like that city

Pros

I don't see any advantages to this scamming company

Cons

- Long working hours (10h everyday) doing nothing but standing in an empty store - You don't know how much you're getting paid each month, it changes every time and they don't give you any justification about how many hours you worked. You get paid between 400€/500€ which is clearly not enough for what you're doing - You are pressured to lie clients about the origin of the shirts which are made in China not Portugal - You don't know your working schedule for next week until the saturday/sunday of the week before - You only work with interns as there are more than 30 interns for only 5/6 full time employees - You are asked to clean the store everyday and if there are no clients during the day you are asked to constantly clean the shelves and the floor. They exploit you to the core! Basically, don't ever go for this company if you're looking for an internship. Even when they publish offers for marketing or design interns you end up becoming a salesperson because that's what they are constantly looking for. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Pros

International team, multiple tasks, management is easily accessible

Cons

More interns than professionals Work on Sundays and holidays not paid Everyone works extra hours never paid or even thanked for When applying for posts like marketing/advertising it actually means selling shirts in shops, cleaning the floor and windows, etc. The CEO is utterly unprofessional, a lot of personal comments on intelligence, race, gender, family etc. Constant surveillance on cameras, calls from the CEO whenever something seems wrong to him, for example the door is closed when it's -8 or +40 without heater/air conditioner, you have to open it so that customers can enter "easily" Absolutely unorganized, you never know where you will be replaced today, whether you receive merchandise today at shop or not, etc.
