      1.If you want start Carrier in Automation. 2.Okay only for Fresher . 3.Dont work more than 2-3 Years.

      Cons

      1.Very Low Pay scale. 2.No any motivation from management. 3.If you work 24 Hrs it will be less for them.You will ruin your family life. 4.Lot of work pressure. 5.Third class HR department. 6.You have to learn by yourself. 7.They ask money for some kind of useless training.

      its a small company, everyone seems to know everyone working for the company and you get to learn a lot as you have to do a lot of work on your own

      Cons

      due to small company, it may or may not be in financial crunch. that may make your job a bit unstable
