      Pros

      The store is very close to my home, and I can be reached to cover another persons shift, if necessary. I am experience in sales and cashier, also a team player, and leader.

      Cons

      Unavailable steady shifts, may be a short coming, however I will take whatever is available. And look forward to something more permanent in the future.

      Pros

      Great company and decent pay. Good benefits for the family.

      Cons

      Everyone gets paid the same unless you have been with company longer. You eventually catch up to their salary. No incentives to work harder etc
