Cons
Dealing with a supervisor who takes more cigarette breaks then she does work. When she isn't smoking outside or reading on her kindle, on her very often 15-30 minute breaks, she is a tyrant. Likes to pick on the people who work underneath her to the point where I have seen two girls who work there actually cry because of it. She is a very nasty and cold individual. She never knows what she is doing and is always delegating her task or the question you ask to the person below her. It is already a very stressful environment but adding this woman, who does nothing for the company but add more tension, is ridiculous. I've over heard multiple people who are looking for a job elsewhere just to get away from her. Which is surprising because for this town the pay is excellent!
