Very disappointing experience. I was the only person working in the building and was never informed that I would be completely alone with no colleagues. Management kept saying they were “in the hiring process,” but no one was ever hired. There was also a serious lack of transparency. I was not informed that the company was closing down until I was suddenly terminated. I was then pressured to sign a document stating it was a “mutual agreement” because they refused to provide compensation. Communication with HR (YL) was extremely difficult and unprofessional, which made resolving issues frustrating. Overall, the leadership lacked transparency and accountability. it is a 35 years brand and like all brand it has its ups and down. It is recovering from damage since the pandemic. The brand has not enough exposure to the community, and the facilities would need to be refurbished. Fortunately, the owner is willing to invest. Hence with time, patience and hardwork, it would see its glory soon. Those who last would enjoy its fruit for sure.
