good working relationships, always OT(since it was hourly pay) awesome taco truck showed up three times daily, established company, interesting product to work with, plenty of new product launches

Company doesnt invest in employee 401K, insurance was sub-par, no employee development, poor support from upper management, upper management tended to be unprofessional at times, production staff is 97% Spanish speaking and understand very little English and management would not facilitate the means to learn to speak Spanish to better communicate with staff

Wages were about par for market. If you like working 50+ hours. Employee portion of health insurance coverage is reasonably priced. Most employees are willing to help one another. Many have a "we're all in this boat together" attitude. Is that a "Pro"? (See below)

Owner screams at managers and lacks professionalism. Lack of planning/ability to focus on issues by some managers causes chaos for departments/subordinates. Poor enviromental control in hot/cold seasons. Takes penny pinching to a new level.
