Management is too busy hiring and firing employees, so as long as you stay under their radar, work is easy. Most employees get drunk on the job, especially when catering involves alcohol being served.
Cons
The HR and upper management spend most of their time conspiring against employees and flirting with each other. It doesn't matter how hard you work, the only people that matter are relatives and friends of management. There's an elitist attitude that management has, and they make sure all the grunts know it and feel it. These people are corrupt, they would make great politicians if only they had the ability to construct lies properly enough. The owners and management actually went to an unemployment court date to make sure I receive 0 compensation after my wrongful termination, and the judge awarded me within 5 minutes of them hearing the HR and management's lies. Don't work here, and don't ever sign anything they ask you to. They're low level crooks and their product will make you sick, just look at all the reviews on Google and Yelp.
